1. Information we process
Depending on your use, we process account identity and preferences; hashed credentials; profile photos; sessions, IP, browser, device and security metadata; Drive files, folders, uploads, quota and shares; Webmaster properties and sitemaps; public crawl and search data; sponsored-ad eligibility events; support messages; and operational logs.
2. Purposes and legal grounds
We use information to provide and secure accounts and services, process files and search data, send transactional messages, prevent abuse, personalize language and time zone, operate ads and rewards, improve reliability, and comply with law. Processing relies on service performance, legal obligations, legitimate security and development interests, and consent where required.
3. Cookies, analytics, and ads
Necessary cookies support sessions, security, and preferences. Analytics such as Google Analytics should follow the choice shown in the cookie notice. Ads may still be displayed without analytics consent, and third-party networks may process technical requests under their policies.
4. Storage and public delivery
Drive files are stored in MySQL and may be cached temporarily in Gateway memory. Profile photos and domain icons may be copied to Square Cloud Blob for public delivery. A Drive file is sent there only after the user requests it and accepts public unauthenticated access.
5. Recipients, retention, and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure, email, security, analytics, advertising, and content-delivery providers may process necessary information, including Cloudflare, Square Cloud, and Google when their features are enabled. Processing may occur outside Brazil with appropriate safeguards.
We retain information as needed to provide services, protect security, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Sessions, incomplete uploads, caches, and sponsored rewards have their own lifecycle. Publicly downloaded copies may remain outside Raemi's control.
6. Security and your rights
We use hashed passwords, session controls, authorization, rate limits, internal-interface isolation, and monitoring, but no system is risk-free. Under applicable law, including Brazil's LGPD, you may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, portability where applicable, objection, review, and deletion subject to legal exceptions.

7. Children and policy changes
Services are not intentionally directed to children without a legal guardian's involvement. This Policy may change as services and law evolve; the current version and publication date appear on this page.
