1. Scope and acceptance
By creating a Raemi Account or using a Raemi Labs site, module, or service, you agree to these Terms. The ecosystem includes Raemi Account, Raemi Search, Search Webmaster, Raemi Drive, advertising, image delivery, and beta features.
2. Account and acceptable use
Keep your credentials secure and notify [email protected] about suspected unauthorized access. Do not use Raemi for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or infringing activity; bypass security or quotas; overload infrastructure; access internal interfaces; distribute malware or phishing; or manipulate search, ads, clicks, and sponsored rewards.
We may revoke sessions, suspend, ban, or close accounts to protect the ecosystem, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
3. Raemi Drive
You retain rights to uploaded files and grant Raemi Labs the limited technical permission required to store, process, transmit, display, and deliver them. Limits shown in the interface may change. Incomplete uploads may temporarily reserve quota and later expire. Keep independent backups.
Anyone with a public share link may access its content. Files voluntarily sent to Square Cloud Blob become publicly accessible without authentication, as disclosed before activation. We may restrict or remove unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
4. Sponsored storage and ads
Temporary storage rewards depend on eligible activity and real ad-display opportunities and are not guaranteed. Rewards expire. When quota decreases below current usage, files remain accessible but uploads may be blocked. Simulated activity may void rewards and restrict the account.
Third-party ads do not represent endorsement by Raemi Labs.
5. Search and Webmaster
Submitting a property, URL, or sitemap does not guarantee crawling, indexing, ranking, retention, or refresh frequency. Search and Webmaster data may be delayed or approximate. Add only properties you are authorized to manage.
6. Availability and liability
Services, especially beta features, may change, fail, or be discontinued. To the extent allowed by law, Raemi Labs is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, third-party content, search-based decisions, or temporary unavailability. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Changes, termination, and contact
We may update these Terms. The current version and publication date appear on this page. Certain records may be retained for security and legal compliance after account deletion. Questions may be sent to [email protected]. Brazilian law applies subject to mandatory local protections.
